“Syncs up nicely with Xero”
Pros
I absolutely love the integration with Xero. Once you set it up the way your business needs it, Orderry just works really well.
Cons
I wish we could put more than one work order for a customer. Right now, we have to create two separate work orders for the same job or create an invoice, which seems unnecessary when you can just do it from a work order.

Pros
The integration is super easy to handle, the interface is really good and it's simple to understand. plus there's ongoing training and improvements, not to mention the great price and solid technical support.
Cons
The system can definitely keep improving but the good thing is they're constantly working on updates.

What I like the most is how simple and straightforward the system is. Everything is easy to find and it really helps give me clearer data about our services.
Cons
One thing I don't like about Orderry is that it doesn't allow us to import data, like our fleet data which would be super helpful.

The app is super user-friendly and the more I use it, the more I see how much of a helpful tool it is for my business.
Cons
Sometimes the system is a bit slow, which can cause delays when trying to access information. It would be awesome if the interface was a bit more flexible when switching between different sections.

They have such an informative knowledge base with tons of guides. As soon as I signed up, I got immediate support for my business. It's clear they have a lot of experience working with service centers.
Cons
I haven't figured out the tasks section yet but support told me they're going to update it this year. Honestly, I don't use this section much at all.

Pros
It works really well for our industry (IT/electronic repairs) and I love the Xero integration and the CRM. It's been a big help.
Cons
It feels a little overpriced and the site often refreshes when I'm filling in details. also there's no option to send end-of-month statements and the difference between invoicing and work orders is a bit confusing.

I really like the simplicity and customization options with Orderry. We can easily create fields that suit our business needs. plus the app is super convenient and easy to use. The price is low and there's no contract, which is perfect for new businesses like ours.
Cons
I'd love to see the UI design modernized and have the option to customize things like colors. It'd also be awesome to add a feature that shows a list of all open orders maybe on a separate display , that'd be perfect for technician teams.
