“It functions but need some time to adjust
Pros
PestPac really helps me run my pest control business smoothly. It makes everything more precise and I can track everything I need without missing a beat.
Cons
I've personally found PestPac a bit tricky to use, especially when it comes to scheduling. I'll admit, I'm not the best with computers but even the others here who are more tech-savvy have struggled with it.

“Love this product!
Pros
It's super easy to use and the dashboard isn't overwhelming at all. Everything is optimized really well, so it doesn't feel cluttered or complicated.
Cons
I feel like the colors on the scheduler could use some improvement. They're not the easiest to distinguish at a glance.

“I really wish I knew about jobber earlier

Honestly, there's really nothing I didn't like. I love everything about JOBBER. It's easy to use and it has everything I need.
Cons
I was told that PestPac had the latest, most advanced website software but it was just one page and awful. When I tried reaching out, it took days for anyone to get back to me and by that point, the three-day window to cancel had passed. It felt like a very sneaky move.

“Awful experience
Pros
From the start, the salesperson told me that PestPac would save me time and make invoicing easier. I signed up but I wasn't ready to start right away, so I made sure we set things up for later. However, they rushed me into meetings I wasn't ready for and I kept asking for help with the specific tasks I wanted to do. After multiple meetings, I realized it wasn't what I was promised. Now, I'm stuck with a $1200 bill to get out of the contract. I'm considering legal action, because I'm not paying for something we're not even using. Feels like they do this to a lot of other businesses too.

Right from the beginning, the salesperson promised me PestPac would help save time and handle billing. I agreed to sign up, even though I wasn't sure I wanted the program yet. They rushed me into meetings, promising I could do the things I needed. After five long meetings, I realized it wasn't what I was promised. Now, they're asking me to pay $1200 to get out of the contract. I'm ready to take legal action because I'm not paying for something we're not using. I can only imagine they do this to other companies too.

“Customer service needs serious improvement
Pros
The routing feature works really well but the customer service? Not so much. It's hard to get any real help when I need it.

“Absolutely terrible
Pros
At first, I really liked the digital logbook and the way it handled scheduling. It made everything a lot easier to manage right from the start.
Cons
After months of using PestPac, entering information was a nightmare and the support team wasn't much help, they didn't know what to do either. We tried pulling reports to track our progress but they were completely off, messy and wrong. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. It's way too complicated and just doesn't work properly.

“Has its ups and downs
Pros
It's super easy to create efficient routes for our techs and our customers really appreciate the online payment option. The mobile app is great for our CSR team too, it helps them get orders and notes to our techs fast and without any issues.
Cons
The billing and accounting side of things is not user-friendly at all. It can get pretty confusing trying to follow balances and payments, especially when accounts are merged.
