A complete app for Field Work Management

Pros

We have been using this system for 8 months and are pretty satisfied with what it offers. Scheduling and assigning tasks for our delivery team has become much simpler and most importantly, we managed to cut delivery times by 30% and not to mention, the dispatcher interface and mobile app are both convenient and user friendly. Our CEO was also thrilled to finally have comprehensive performance statistics that our old Excel sheets just could not deliver.

Cons

Connecting our custom order management system took longer than we expected. However, I think they've now added Zapier connections, which should make it easier to link with most common tools.

Hands down the best app for field services!

Pros

I love how this tool lets me easily track my team and automatically generates reports without any hassle. The client notification feature when our specialists arrive is a huge time saver for everyone. Overall having everything in one app makes the workflow so much smoother.

Cons

Almost nothing bothers me about this platform. Every feature has worked great and the support team is great too.

Helps bring transparency to field services

Pros

Working with field teams is so much easier since we started using this solution. The onboarding is smooth and quality control is nearly flawless with the detailed checklists and reports. When mistakes happen, they are caught and fixed quickly. As someone managing dispatch, the flexible scheduling and map based route planning tools have been a game changer for organizing daily operations.

Cons

I wish there were more CRM connections and business automation options available. The new Zapier integration helps somewhat, but it is only a partial solution.
