“Layout changed how we work”
Pros
Really impressed with the layout and how user-friendly it is.... it's genuinely changed how we work. The site is super fast and I can't imagine customer service being any better than this.
Cons
Honestly don't have any complaints. The site works exactly how we need it to and if there's ever something we don't like, the team fixes it within days, sometimes even hours.

“fantastic to use but migrating old forms can be tedious”
Pros
The software is just fantastic all around. It's incredibly easy to use and completely simple.
Cons
Not much to point out. The only small hassle was having to update all our forms to match what we had in our old systems.

Pros
Since it's accessible from anywhere, everyone can use it.. so nobody has an excuse!
Cons
It can feel a bit clunky in some areas but it gets the job done. I just wish the forms were easier to customize.

“Easy staff scheduling saves hours”
Pros
Staff scheduling is now easyyyy and has literally saved us hours of administrative work.
Cons
The notification system and Xero integration need work. Notifications in particular should be treated as an urgent priority for an update.

Pros
Love how easy it is to use and how many different things you can do with it.
Cons
Adapting the product to our company's specific procedures was challenging. Also when they push updates, it sometimes changes the forms we've already built which causes problems for our team.

“great custom forms”
Pros
Being able to design our own custom forms and upload exactly the data we need is a huge advantage.
Cons
The biggest issue is that it's a disaster if it doesn't save data properly. If you have a poor signal on a site survey, you can lose everything which is no joke. It also takes a while to upload and save. It would be great if it saved directly to the device first and then synced when the connection was better.

“invoicing doesn't match actual work”
Pros
The mobile app is especially easy to use and follow. Whenever we have an issue support is usually very quick to get it sorted.
Cons
There are some fundamental areas that need improvements like invoicing. Right now invoices are created from the original quote, not from the actual work completed. In our industry, we bill based on re-measurement so billing from a quote is both inaccurate and risky. You'd think billing for actual work done would be standard. The solution we were given was to manually update the quote every time which isn't practical. Also our customers ask us to record work by location and there's no easy way to do that right now.

“Simple and tailored with great support”
Pros
The software is simple to use and we can really tailor it to our specific needs. When we want to make changes, the support team has been amazing! They're quick to help and almost always solve our problems right away.
Cons
I contacted support about the new VAT rules for the construction industry. At first I was told nothing would be done, but after some back-and-forth, they started working on an update. But it's still not ready even though the changes took effect in March. For software tailored to construction it's important to stay on top of industry changes.

I enjoy all the different functions like creating custom forms and checking schedules !!!!! it's so versatile!!!
Cons
I'd love the ability to create forms myself without needing higher-level permissions.

“adapts perfectly to our business”
Pros
Very easy to use, adapts perfectly to our business needs and connects seamlessly with our existing back-office software. The customer service is exceptional at every level, they have a real "can-do" attitude and always find a way to make things happen.
Cons
The only downside is that it's not compatible with Windows Phone but since that operating system is nearly obsolete it was probably the right call to focus on platforms with more longevity.
