“Fantastic fit for client reporting”

Pros

Running a bookkeeping firm, this has turned out to be an excellent match for the way we work. We use it to bring QuickBooks reports into Google Sheets for multiple clients and the drill-down feature is especially useful because we can click any figure in a P&L and instantly view the transactions behind it without ever leaving the sheet. Another big plus is being able to invite clients as viewers so they can check their own numbers directly. Support also deserves special praise. The team is incredibly responsive. One bug I reported was fixed that same evening and I even got a personalized video explaining a setup question I had. That level of hands-on support is hard to come by. Excellent product and even better people behind it. I'd absolutely recommend it to any firm wanting to align client reporting.

Cons

At the moment, drill-down only works for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports so it doesn't fully cover every report type yet. It's a pretty minor limitation though and it sounds like broader support is already on the roadmap.

“amazing support”

Pros

Packed with useful functionality and beautiful layouts. The support team has been fantastic there are tons of valuable reports and they keep making the product better.

Cons

Multi-company templating on a larger scale still has a few bugs but the team is always there to help work through solutions. They continue improving it all the time.

“Client-ready reporting win”

Pros

Getting data out to clients is incredibly easy and I can share it in the exact format and view they prefer. Having a tool that's ready to use like this has honestly been a game-changer.

Cons

Truthfully I don't see any real downsides. If I were putting together a wish list, I'd ask for more design inspiration and additional built-in visuals that could be turned on or off since my clients respond much better to visuals than to numbers alone.

“Fantastic time-saver”

Pros

Such a brilliant little tool. It's really simple to use, saves us a huge amount of time and the team is always incredibly responsive and ready to help whenever needed. Definitely highly recommended.

Cons

There aren't many downsides. If anything, one nice improvement would be support for Excel both online and offline but it's not really an issue since it works perfectly with Google Sheets.
