They have considered every small detail which I like. Also it is pretty easy to use and very user friendly especially when compared to other apps that are not as simple.

Pros

This app helps me streamline scheduling and I no longer have to worry about appointments, invoicing or payments all of it is handled through the app. Overall it is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

I find it really easy and convenient to manage.

It would be nice if more vendors were using it but I must say it is definitely growing in popularity.

“Great CRM and pricing

Pros

One thing I really like is how the CRM organizes active and completed requests. The calendar syncs nicely with my Google Calendar and adding custom tax rates to invoices is a great feature. Plus I find the price very reasonable for such a comprehensive software.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

Pros

The main benefit for me is managing multiple customers and tradesmen at once. Also it is easy to add, communicate with, invoice and make payments. Plus everything is tracked and instantly emailed which saves us a lot of time.

Cons

So far I have not encountered any drawbacks with this app.
