“Such a great tool”
Pros
For me customer service is the most important factor when choosing software especially from outside our company. Good support makes all the difference and it is something I always look for first. The best thing is that Servgrow offers all this.
Cons
The phone app did not always save changes when I checked the status at home. It usually happened because of poor connections but it was a bit disappointing that it did not update once I returned to areas with a good signal.

“Solid tool that is always getting better”
Pros
This software really does it all from quoting to scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, emails, reminders and follow-ups. It keeps our work organized and saves so much time. Our customers also love the portal which makes it easy for them to stay connected and manage everything on their end.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind right now but I am sure something will come up eventually.
