Covers everything we wanted

Pros

I use this for handling returns and repairs and it covers everything we need. It works just as well for a small local shop as it does for managing operations across multiple locations worldwide.

Cons

There are not really any major downsides I can think of. You just need to spend some time upfront configuring the rules and settings to match how your business operates but thats pretty standard for any system like this.

Meets almost all the business needs

Pros

The reporting tools are very comprehensive and cover almost every business need I can think of. The product features are great too and handle most of our day to day operational needs.

Cons

Loading times can be very slow and I have run into errors that really hurt my workflow and productivity.

Top management tool

Pros

ServiceManager is simple and easy to use whenever I need it. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable management solution.

Cons

I cannot find much to complain about since it handles everything I need and offers services that other management tools simply don't have. It cuts down on wait times and takes the pressure off our IT department.

Support system is great

Pros

What I really like is how it manages customer service reports and interactions so smoothly.

Cons

Well I am not a fan of having to manually track down what each customer costs as it's pretty tiring and time consuming to figure out the pricing for different clients.

My personal Experience!

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how this brings together all our 3PL operations under one roof. It's like having a central hub where I can see everything such as services, deliveries, inventory all in one spot. The integrations work smoothly too, the interface is user friendly and it scales with us as we expand. Honestly it's been a game changer for organising our logistics.

Cons

The learning curve was steep at first and it took us some time to get comfortable with everything. The subscription cost could also be challenging for smaller teams with tight budgets.

Really enjoyed using it

Pros

A complete package

Pros

I like how this puts everything in one place making it much easier to manage workflows. Plus the analytics tools have been a big help in designing and tracking my processes.

Cons

It definitely requires skilled people to operate effectively. When I first started using it the complexity made it really challenging to get up to speed. It took me quite a while to become comfortable with all the features and functionality. So I would love to see them simplify the interface and make it more intuitive for newcomers.

Its really goood

Pros

ServiceManager makes it easy to manage 3PL operations and job integration while improving efficiency. The setup is simple so even new users can get started quickly. Real time visibility into services, shipments, and inventory helps me make quick decisions and keeps everyone on the same page. I like the customization options that fit our needs and the scalability as we grow. The interface is easy to use so training is quick and their customer support is really helpful. That is why I choose it over others.

Cons

Keep in mind that it takes a considerable time investment before you really get the hang of everything also the subscription costs are quite high which I feel like can be tough for smaller organizations watching their budget closely.

Pretty easy to customize

Pros

The process runs with real time accuracy and I can fully customize tickets to fit exactly what I need.

Cons
