“Simple layout with bugs”

Pros

The interface is simple and easy which makes it easy to use. It also has a colorful design that keeps it visually appealing.

Cons

There are still a few bugs in the software and the address feature does not always work reliably.

“excellent mobile organization”

Pros

Keeping things organized while I'm on the go has been incredibly simple with this product. It has made a huge difference in aligning both ordering and communication and I've really enjoyed using it.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides. The product keeps improving too, with enhancements and new features being added regularly to make it even more efficient.

“Organized scheduling”

Pros

Getting access to different jobs and homeowners is really convenient with this software. Everything is laid out in a very organized way and I can quickly check each person's schedule to see exactly what needs to be done throughout the day.

Cons

The only minor issue I've run into is clocking in and out since that part can be a little difficult to use but it seems like something that could be fixed without much trouble.

“User-friendly tool”

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and doesn't take long to learn at all.

Cons

One thing it's missing is an interactive map for scheduling jobs which would make it much easier to organize routes in the right order.

Pros

Everything feels easy and simple to follow which makes it really user-friendly. It's also very helpful having everything connected in one place.

Cons

At this point I don't have any suggestions for improvement.

“Overpriced with little value”

Pros

Ordering, billing, invoicing and scheduling are all managed in one system which makes it convenient and covers most of the needs a company would have in one place.

Cons

The biggest issue is the price compared to what you actually get. Even though it puts ordering, billing, invoicing and scheduling in one platform, it doesn't feel any better than free software and really doesn't offer anything that makes it stand out. I use it for pool cover parts and I wish it would warn you when you order something that doesn't match the system on file. Another downside was the lack of training. It would have helped a lot to have someone walk me through the product instead of having to figure things out by asking so many questions.

“missing features”

Pros

Having all pool cover orders in one place is the biggest advantage. It lets you view order details, tracking updates and production status without jumping between systems. The scheduling tools work really well, are simple to use and make it very clear visually where every truck is and what stage each job is in. For a company focused on pool cover sales, installation and repairs, it's hard to find a better software option. If your business also handles new construction or other types of pool services though, you'll probably end up needing another system alongside it.

Cons

For me one downside is that this isn't a fully all-in-one software package. You still need separate accounting software such as QuickBooks and there's no inventory tracking built in. It also doesn't let you create purchase orders with vendors outside of Coverstar or Pool Cover Specialists.

“overall great”

Pros

This software was incredibly easy to use and using it day to day has been just as simple. I rely on it to manage my service department and it does an excellent job of keeping everything running the way I need it to.

Cons

Over time there have been a few system bugs here and there which is pretty normal with any software. The good part is that support is always available to help resolve the issue and get things back on track quickly.

Order entry side of this product has been really good to use.

I don't have any negative feedback about this system.

“all-in-one and constantly improving”

Pros

For me it is a biggest plus to have everything in one place. It really works as a one-stop shop and gives me everything I need in a single location.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. New features are added on a regular basis so updates are needed from time to time but that's not really an issue.

“Customizable platform”

Pros

It's highly customizable which is a big plus. I also like that I don't need to rely on a bunch of different tools since this one program includes so much in one place. They keep rolling out new features too which is nice to see.

Cons

I'm not really into the current color themes although I know they're being phased out.

Pros

There's a huge range of features in it and I can say that with confidence since I helped build some of them myself.

Cons

Since I was involved in creating it, I also know firsthand that things behind the scenes can be pretty messy.

Interface feels convenient and is very easy to use.

Cons

At the beginning, we ran into some problems with the maps but those have since been resolved.

Pros

One of the best parts has been the customization and the support. The team at it is always available and they really take the time to listen to everything we need.

Cons

Haven't come across anything I truly dislike. A few areas could still be improved but they are continually working on the software and making it better.
