“Top-rated tool
Pros
Sortscape has been amazing for my lawn and gardening business. I have used it for about 5 years and it just keeps getting better. It makes scheduling clients, tracking jobs and handling issues super easy. Linking it with QuickBooks has made invoicing pretty simple for my admin team. The support staff are excellent too and always quick to help, and they keep adding useful new features. For the value it offers I could never go back to my old systems.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it. It is very user-friendly and whenever I am unsure about something, their tutorial videos and support are top-notch.

Pros
We have been using Sortscape for 8 years replacing the old pen and paper system for recording site visits. Over that time we have seen many improvements. It is pretty simple to use, clear and an invaluable tool for making our business more efficient. We have recommended it to several other companies who now use it as well.
Cons
Other apps might offer more features but I think they come with a higher price tag and honestly, I cannot say anything negative about it.

“Provides the best assistance
Pros
This software is perfect for my business and the customer service is outstanding. I run a mowing and gardening business and it saves me hours every day while keeping everything organized.
Cons
There are a few features I would love to see added but the good thing is that the team is constantly improving the software and is always open to suggestions. In fact I have recommended a couple of things and they were implemented within just a couple of days.

“Every lawn business need this
Pros
Sortscape has everything we need and if there is something missing, the developers are always open to considering improvements. We have grown from a one-person operation with 20 clients to nearly 300 clients with two crews and it has supported us through every stage. There is a fantastic Facebook group with helpful tutorials and one on one lessons to help you get the most out of all the features. The chatbox feature is also great and within minutes, I was talking to a support rep who answered my question, solved my issue and even made my life easier by importing my data. So I would recommend it to anyone in the industry.
Cons
To be honest there are no drawbacks as it's all fantastic. Over the two years we have been using it, they have added every feature we have needed and more.

Pros
The team is very responsive to any changes we request and the software itself is rock solid.
Cons
I would love the option to schedule my jobs on a timeline such as scheduling the first job for 7 am, the second for 10 am etc. As this would help my team stay on track and ensure all jobs get done in a day.

Pros
Sortscape is perfectly tailored for gardeners. Everything is easy to manage and my team has adapted to it quickly.
Cons
Well I think it would be great to have a bit more functionality for mapping in the app as it's currently only available online.

“Simple and efficient
Pros
This software is the best as it is simple, integrates perfectly with Xero and importing clients is quick and easy too. Rescheduling and managing jobs takes no effort at all which makes our day to day work so much smoother.
Cons
I have not found any issues which is why I switched from Tradify. I have tried other platforms but it suits my needs. The reporting was lacking but I believe that has been addressed or is in progress.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use with a simple layout that's quick to learn, plus it has great features.
Cons
When I have multiple visits with different frequencies for the same client, it would be amazing if the system could automatically combine the visits into a single entry for that day.

Pros
I like how easy it is to make changes on the go or set up schedules in advance. It keeps everything flexible and saves me a lot of time.
Cons
Sortscape does not support jobs running over multiple days so I would say it is not quite ideal for the landscaping side of our business.

Pros

The customer service is excellent and I find the software is really easy to use. From automated messaging to QuickBooks integration, the booking system and client management are super user-friendly and make everything run smoothly.
Cons

SortScape support is excellent and I like that their response time is fast.

Have not had any bad experiences so far. Whenever I find something, I let them know and they fix it for me within a few hours or by the next day.

Pros
It has completely changed the way I run my lawn mowing business. It makes managing over 100 clients on my own simple and stress-free and I could not imagine handling it all without this tool.
Cons
The iPhone app needs to be restarted regularly which I feel is a minor inconvenience. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future update.

Pros
It is really easy to use. Plus I love how you can click and drag jobs, moving them from Unscheduled to Job Runs pretty easily. The transition from using it on a computer to our phone is seamless too.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind. The app is very easy to use. I love it for scheduling, my bookkeeper loves it for billing and my employees love it because it is simple.

I love the route planner, mobile access, automated messages and QuickBooks integration. As together they make the system super efficient and easy to use.
