“Easy invoicing but quotes need more detail
Pros
I find it simple to use and accessible on multiple devices. Plus invoicing and reminders are quick and easy making everything more efficient.
Cons
The quotes are not great so I don't use them. They make me look unprofessional and I have lost several jobs because they lack detail. They are not up to the standard of a professional quote. Also it would be really useful to have a quick note feature for daily tasks like a post-it note. Life gets busy and we forget things. Cleaner Planner already has this feature built in.

“Real-Time Imports
Pros
Squeegee is very easy to use, with real-time imports and almost instant backups. What I like most is that it's always up to date, and with just a quick swipe or tap, I can manage the day's tasks easily.
Cons
Well the color scheme is a bit too pink for my taste. Also the mapping in remote rural areas can be a little inaccurate but I think that's more due to phone signal issues than a problem with the app itself.

“Great for task organization
Pros
This app helps my husband and me stay organized with tasks and deadlines. We run a small cleaning business for vacation rentals on the OBX, and it keeps all our jobs and tasks for each property in one place. It even gives us GPS directions to each house, which is a big help.
Cons
The only thing I would improve is the ability to assign jobs directly to the crews and it would be great to allow more than one device to be connected at the same time.

“Great Support with Mobile Access but Rota Needs Completion Date Tracking
Pros
I like that everything can be managed directly from the app without needing a computer. The support team is excellent, and I'm excited about the upcoming feature to send Stripe links via text, since that's how I usually communicate with my customers.
Cons
I wish the rota tracked jobs based on the actual completion date instead of just the scheduled date. Also, adding a new customer is a bit tricky since it only allows creating a quote instead of adding them directly.

Pros
It is simple to see upcoming jobs and easily reschedule customers. Also the note feature is proven really helpful for us for tracking tasks to complete on the next visit.
Cons
There is really nothing I dislike about the software. If there is an issue, you can just reach out to the admin team and they will fix it and answer any questions.

Squeegee is simple to use and great for organizing and adjusting tasks to fit our day. The option to set times for each job is especially helpful for staying on track.
Cons
You cannot see your entire round like you can with some other software. Also, everything works well but marking jobs as complete is not as simple as it could be.
