Pros

Optimization is everything for us. We run 18 trucks and serve over 100 customers a day and before long wait times were a big complaint. With Timing we can give accurate ETAs which keeps customers happy and saves them time. For our staff it saves money, cuts down time in traffic and gives us clear insights into driver locations, delays and more. The support team has also been fantastic as they are very professional, responsive and always ready to help. Definitely glad we choose this system.

Cons

The UI is a bit outdated at the moment but they are working on a new one. So I am really looking forward to that update.
