Tryoup software is very user-friendly with everything we need conveniently organized in one place.
Cons
There were a few bugs though it could have been on my end but they were resolved quickly.

“Awesome for communication but needs more features”
Pros
It is simple and user friendly tool making it an excellent tool for communication between users and dispatchers (engineers) while also helping us to organize leads and potential clients.
Cons
From a B2B perspective we need more CRM-like features, such as default billing addresses, automated labor structures and options to add percentages and PO numbers. Additionally more reports like statements and P&Ls would be beneficial.

It works quickly and we can easily monitor calls and campaigns.
Cons
There should be an option to open leads from mobile. As an admin the app does not provide the necessary support for working in the field. Also it is not advanced enough if I am not working from the office.
