“Easy to use
Pros
I had a smooth experience setting up the program. All customer, job site and material data transferred completely, even with thousands of items. The programmer made the whole process easy and was great to work with.
Cons
I wish there was a way to sort job sites but unfortunately, that feature is not available right now. The company has mentioned that they are working on an update, so I am hoping to see that improvement soon.

Pros
I love that this software can be customized to fit my business. Most of the other programs I checked out did not offer that flexibility.
Cons
Sometimes, getting changes made takes longer than I would like. It would be great if the process was a bit quicker, especially when I need adjustments done urgently.

“How D&D upgraded to YourRadar
Pros
Having invoicing and scheduling in one place has saved me a ton of time. I do not have to re-enter data and adding jobs to the schedule is simple without having to start from scratch.
Cons
The field app works well, but viewing it on a cell phone screen can be a bit tricky because of the size. It would be helpful if there were some adjustments to make it easier to read on smaller screens.

Pros
I really like that both the office staff and field employees can update appointments. It makes scheduling a lot more flexible.
Cons
Honestly, I like everything about it. It works exactly how we need it to and I have not run into any issues that would make me want to change anything.
