Pros
CRM ordering add-on, live GPS tracking with movement reports and task templates have all been really useful. On top of that the team is very attentive, proactive and quick to help whenever needed.
Cons
Apps occasionally show a few errors but nothing critical and the team usually fixes them quickly.

This tool gives us a clear picture of how our sales team spends time in the field with clients, how long they're on the road and how much unallocated time we still have that could be used as room for growth.
Cons
Online onboarding training does a good job of explaining the product features and the interface is easy but it still takes about 1-2 weeks to fully get used to it.
