“Helpful onboarding”
Pros
Onboarding process felt easy and we weren't left guessing. Training covered each step along the way and the onboarding specialist stayed available to answer any questions that came up. We also had the option to customize the platform so it could fit what our business actually needs.
Cons
There were a couple of early hiccups with the Android app, including getting temporarily kicked off but those problems were resolved quickly.

Pros
The whole platform feels really customizable and the ZEN Trades team has been quick to respond whenever something comes up.
Cons
One concern is the sync backup setup, if the internet connection drops, it can create a situation where data may not be retained. It would be great to have an option to download the saved data from the cloud environment to local storage, like a larger SSD.

An incredibly powerful program with a ton of useful information, i love it!The staff has been fantastic, during implementation they worked with us through every step and made the whole process feel manageable.
Cons
The only real downside is carving out the time to enter and make full use of all the information.

It has been really efficient for every task we handle in the office and it keeps things moving without a lot of extra hassle.
Cons
Would be helpful to add more templates. Since our company works with vendors from different countries, being able to include their templates directly in the platform would be a big upgrade.

Pros
Inspection, invoicing, scheduling and reporting all work really well for my workflow. It covers the core stuff I need day to day and everything feels connected and usable in one place.
Cons
Not sure I've hit any downsides yet, overall, I genuinely love everything about it.

Pros
Customer support has been excellent and the app itself feels pretty easy for setting up scheduling and generating inspection reports. Everything I need for those workflows is easy to find and it keeps the process moving without too much back-and-forth.
Cons
Interface isn't quite as user friendly as a few other programs I've used so there are moments where I have to slow down and re-check what to do next.
