Pros

Transportly gives me this whole pool of authorized carriers that saves me so much time when I'm shopping for transport services. The interface is super slick and all the features just work so I didn't have any painful learning period. The communication hub is stacked with great ways to reach out and swap info with carriers. And the reporting tool kicks out detailed, accurate reports that let me keep tabs on everything I'm doing with transport procurement.

Cons

I'm a happy user and there's nothing bad I need to report. I've never found myself disliking anything about Transportly at any point along the way.

Pros

The way Transportly lays everything out is just clean and uncluttered so bouncing around and grabbing whatever function I need takes two seconds. Those live chats have really blown me away, they make talking to carriers and swapping information feel totally natural. Having all those different carriers to choose from means I can actually shop around and find the best price. Customer support has been super friendly every time I've reached out, and they get back to me fast. Their reports are great too, they give me all the details I need to track how I'm doing with transportation buying.

Cons

I honestly haven't found a single thing in Transportly that wasn't helpful. It's simple to use and I've had zero challenges worth mentioning.

This platform thing is absolutely amazing. I can pull up cost estimates in no time and make decisions way faster than I used to.

Cons

Having multiple carriers jump on our requests means we can look at all the options and grab whoever works best on price and availability.
