Pros

Managing bookings, drivers and passengers from one place makes this application very practical for us. The interface is easy to use and customers can place delivery orders through the app, website or by calling an operator. It is especially convenient for frequent bookings and the customer support has been very good.

Cons

The pricing could be a little lower and it would be better if more features were added.

Pros

Route optimization and driver management have been some of the most impressive parts for me. The software also connects well with payment platforms and order management systems making invoicing much more efficient. It works very well for scheduling, billing, GPS tracking and reservation management. I also find it affordable and easy to implement as a transportation management solution. The built-in automation for fleet maintenance and driver management is helpful and the vendor support has been reliable.

Cons

I really have not run into any issues with the implementation. The interface is user-friendly and the customer care feels personalized and helpful.
