I really appreciate that how customizable it is since I can set it up to look and function exactly the way I need. It makes it much easier to keep track of the key information I use every day and with the option to create additional profiles, I can move through covered, invoiced, ready loads and similar items more efficiently. I'm also a big fan of the support team because they are excellent, always available to chat and able to hop on a Google Meet right away without making me file a ticket or wait a day or even a week to get something fixed.

Cons

There are still a few reports I'd like to see added in the next release.

“Fully integrated from launch”

Pros

Right from the first login the platform felt incredibly user-friendly. It's easy to move around and I can find the information I need in just a few clicks, almost like having a built-in assistant from the start. The design is practical, polished and smoothly organized so everything feels logical and professional. I also like how connected everything is because it strengthens communication across the company and keeps departments from feeling separate. Having everything accessible in one place has definitely improved my efficiency and lets me stay focused on the work I need to do. The setup process was extremely simple and the program does a great job of making everything you need visible and easy to understand. On top of that the support and technical team have been excellent, resolving any issues very quickly. I've already recommended it to others and I plan to keep doing so.

Cons

Only minor issues have come up and whenever I've reported them to the support team they've already been fixed or improved.

“Highly recommended”

Pros

Across my daily work, I use it for things like adding loads, sending RCs and keeping up with updates from coworkers. It helps create a great work environment and makes it easier for everyone to stay punctual and dependable. Overall, it supports the workflow really well with a range of user-friendly features that fit naturally into everyday tasks. Sending documents is easy and I'm able to stay current with new features and updates. The software is flexible enough to handle different situations and is just a strong all-around program. To me, it feels fully developed as a standalone solution that covers everything we need. We moved over from PCS and never regretted it because it does everything PCS did, only better. The setup process was also user-friendly and easy to pick up and it didn't take much time to adjust since it felt similar to the TMS we had been using before.

It's been a great program overall and at this point I personally haven't run into any issues with it.

“aligned dispatch and compliance”

Pros

This platform lives up to its name by being precise, reliable and accurate. The system is very easy to navigate so your team can get comfortable with all of its features quickly. Dispatchers will especially appreciate how simple it is to stay on top of load details and manage their day-to-day processes. For fleet tracking, it stands out as the best TMS in the industry. It has also made things much easier from a safety and compliance standpoint and keeping our drivers and trucks compliant has honestly been a huge help. If your company needs a better way to stay organized, this is absolutely worth trying. You will not regret it.

Cons

Only thing it still cannot do is order tacos. Honestly though, I do not have anything negative to say. It is a very well-designed platform.

“Centralized view for teams”

Pros

What makes this work so well for me is how it keeps everything current and gives clear visibility across every department which is really important in my role. I also appreciate having everything gathered in one place, with a dedicated section for each area because it makes day-to-day work much more convenient. The ability for each person or department to customize it based on their needs is another big advantage since not every company or team uses every feature. Having a dashboard and main view that can be customized to match daily workflows is especially useful. On top of that the filtering options make it easy to narrow things down and quickly find exactly what I need. Even the initial setup was simple, you receive the invitation, create your password and you're ready to start.

Cons

HR section for time off could be improved with a more detailed view and additional customization options. I'd also find it useful to have a company-wide employee calendar organized by department by default, that managers can edit while still being visible to team members so everyone stays informed about workflow.

“Enhanced fleet command center”

Pros

Among all the TMS platforms I've worked with, this is by far the best one. It tracks all of our company's data in real time which is incredibly valuable day to day. My favorite feature is the Command Center because it gives management a complete view of the entire fleet in one place and can be fully customized. I also really like the load planning tool especially for training new dispatchers on load routes and the tolls tied to specific lanes. The integrations with the key programs used by trucking companies and brokerages are also extremely helpful. Setup at the beginning was completely convenient and whenever our team needs adjustments the support team is quick to make those changes.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about it. For me, this program is a 10 out of 10.

“essential daily operational tool”

Pros

It has become part of my everyday work because it helps us stay current and work more efficiently. The mileage calculations are accurate and being able to switch between metric and imperial values saves a lot of time. Even with all of its features the layout is clear organized and easy to navigate. It also cuts down our need for other systems since everything we need is available in one place and the tools it offers really help improve productivity. Setup was fairly simple at the beginning and we now rely on TMS completely because it covers everything we need.

The biggest advantage for me is how efficiently it manages invoicing. I can create, track and organize invoices quickly and accurately. The interface is clear and user-friendly which makes my daily work easier and saves me time. Overall, it helps me stay organized and reduces the risk of errors.

Pros

Handling the constant handoff between dispatch and billing feels very simple with this software. I can quickly bring up load histories to verify settlements or check driver pay records without any hassle. Overall, it's a dependable tool that keeps the logistics workflow easy instead of making it more complicated and it lets us resolve payment disputes and update load costs in just a few clicks.

Personally, I haven't noticed any real drawbacks.

“Effective AI-driven customization”

Pros

Right from the start the onboarding team made the setup process feel effortless for us. I really appreciate the platform's customization options and AI features and the integrations with tracking tools make it even more efficient.
