“Unfair refund deduction experience”

At 11 p.m. I booked a taxi from Peckham and later called to ask where it was, only to be told they were still trying to find a driver. When I asked for an estimated arrival time the answer was simply that they would know once a driver had been assigned. I then requested to cancel and was told that was fine and I would get a refund but the next day the refund had PS17 taken off as a cancellation fee. This feels like a complete scam and the customer service was terrible.
