Whenever we have questions or suggestions the team responds quickly and is always open to our feedback. I appreciate that they keep working to improve the platform instead of treating it like a fixed product that cannot change.

Cons

I would have said the missing piece was automation but they released an AI-powered invoicing tool today and it works really well.

Pros

Our whole team can navigate the software easily, from technicians to accountants which was one of the things that impressed us most.

Cons

The only downside is that it still has room to grow although that is hardly a real issue since they are always working to improve things.

The biggest difference for us has been how easy this system is to use. With our old setup, only a few people really knew how to use it but now employees across the company can manage work orders without problems. The training before launch was helpful and customer support during the process has been quick and efficient.

Cons

So far, we really haven't run into any issues. At first, we expected the launch to happen later in the fall but things moved ahead more quickly and now we're planning to go live next week. That's a huge step for us.

Pros

Managing every part of our trucks is much easier with this user-friendly application. I can monitor, manage, review and update everything in one place without much effort.

Cons

Haven't run into any major problems while using it. Since it's an agile application, ongoing updates make it easy for the team to quickly handle any missed requirements or improvements.

“Smooth system connectivity”

Pros

For me, one of the biggest benefits is how well it works with other platforms and software when creating solutions. This helps us speed up data entry and processing.

Cons

It is still a relatively new product but updates are released frequently and the team listens to feedback and adjusts to changes.

“Practical reports”

Pros

Having worked with several vehicle maintenance systems, I've found this one makes daily tasks easier for technicians, support staff and management. The reporting features are excellent and continue to improve, while the team is quick to respond to feedback.

Cons

The main drawback is really that it is still a newer product. It may not yet have the huge data set that some competitors built up over the past decade or longer but being new also helps them adapt quickly and make changes faster. So it is not much of a downside.

“Steady progress”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the amount of support the company provides for the product. They pay close attention to user feedback and listen to ideas, new feature requests and suggestions for fixes.

Cons

Not everything is fully built out yet but the product is improving all the time as new features continue to be added.

Their focus on the transportation industry really impressed me, along with the progress they are making in the vehicle maintenance software space. The team is also very capable of creating technology solutions for different industries. We brought them a business challenge and they quickly returned with a custom project proposal that clearly explained the scope, goals and cost. The project was completed on schedule, stayed within budget and worked as expected. I would definitely recommend them for technology solutions in transportation and other industries.

Cons

Did not run into any downsides in my experience with them. Both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff were excellent and easy to work with. It was exactly what I would hope for from an agile and experienced technology company.
