“Extraordinary exceptional

Pros

We absolutely love Alvys! The TMS is modern, very easy to use and packed with great features. Plus they are always rolling out updates and new features, which means we have to adapt sometimes, but we really appreciate their commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

The search feature used to be the best part of it, but now it has become a great disappointment.

“Great dispatch features but needs better reporting and integration

Pros

The driver interface is clean and simple to use. Our drivers can instantly upload paperwork to their loads, which saves a lot of time for billing. Alvys has also reduced our data entry workload with AI and a team that handles rate con data uploads. Plus the fleet management UI is easy to navigate, but having a mobile friendly version of the website would make it much easier for us to assist drivers after hours or when off-site.

Cons

The reporting system needs improvement. As sme data sets seem to be pulled from different sources, leading to inconsistencies in numbers depending on the report. To make things more confusing, certain data fields are labeled differently across reports, making it harder for us to interpret. Also IFTA reporting has been inaccurate for months and fixes take too long, leaving me sprinting for last-minute workarounds each quarter to avoid late fees and fines for IFTA, KYU and NM. We have also had ongoing issues with data not syncing correctly, whether within different Alvys modules (like fuel to driver pay) or when transferring data from Alvys to QuickBooks. This has caused major problems for our accounting team. Fixes for these issues are generally slow. I reported an IFTA issue on January 2nd but did not get a solution until the 28th, by which time I had already processed most of the data manually just to file our return on time.

Pros

Alvys TMS interface is highly user-friendly which makes it easy for us to learn it with spending minimal time on training.

Cons

There is no option to revise an invoice once it is created. The only choice is to generate a supplement invoice.

It has multiple great features such as live dashboards and seamless integrations with top tracking software.

Cons

For more detailed reporting, we would love to see additional customization options.

Pros

Alvys is a great tool for securely handling our paperwork and making sure it gets to the right customer with an automatically updated email address. It also allows us to share multiple invoices at once and automatically selects the correct documents when sending invoices.

Cons

Once an invoice is finalized, the date can't be changed. Also, searching for multiple loads in a single search bar is not possible.

Pros

It is the best for logistics billing as it generates invoices with all the required documents and automatically saves them for future use. Plus, exporting reports features makes it much easier for us to track and monitor data.

Cons

Well the system doesn't let us search for multiple loads at the same time, and there is no option to bill for past dates.

Not only is its interface clean but well-organized and easy to understand, which allows all our team members to use it without any hassle.

No complaints at all. I absolutely love it and the best thing about it is that it is making great improvements every day.

Alvys TMS has some amazing features. Plus it makes data management fairly easy, has a user-friendly interface and the customer support team is excellent. As they are always available whenever we need. Plus, it integrates smoothly with other software.

The system crashes often and has glitches that slow down our productivity. Plus the user interface feels clunky and is difficult to navigate.

Really like for its easy to use interface, wide range of features, real-time shipment tracking, smooth integrations and powerful reporting tools. Plus it helps our business streamline logistics, increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Cons

Alvys reporting features aren't detailed or customizable enough for users like us who need in-depth data analysis.

“Has streamlined our operations

Pros

Alvys TMS is the best and I am very happy with our choice. It simplifies my work by consolidating multiple tasks into one platform. The automation features have helped me manage jobs more efficiently, cut costs and reduce manual work. The Driver Mobile App is also fantastic, and the third-party integrations and AI automation are a huge plus. What I love most is how easy it was to get started as no long-term commitments, just a simple and user-friendly experience.

Cons

There are a few areas where I feel like improvement is needed. Such as settlement results are inaccurate, deduction reports are unclear and tracking drivers using their company ID is not possible.

Pros

Well I find it easy to use, especially from a billing perspective. Entering rates and uploading images is also not a difficult task anymore, and the AI-powered document recognition is a great feature. The shortcuts are helpful, and pulling billing reports is also quick and easy.

Cons

Navigating through the software is not as easy as I expected. For example, after creating a filtered view and opening a load, going back does not return me to the same view.

Pros

It is user-friendly as I was able to use it without any trouble. Also it makes accessing different features quick and easy. The totals row at the end of each data table is a great tool for decision-making. Plus, there are a number of integrations and APIs available which makes my job even more simple. Last but not least, their customer support team is fantastic too. They are always active, responsive and helpful with any issues.

Cons

As my business has grown and data has increased, the software has been taking longer to load pages. Also some things are hard to find, like pulling a driver report for a month and seeing processed settlements and loads within that period. Moroever ticket resolution takes too long.

I wish there was an option available to download customized data. For now it is not available.

It has solved the efficiency issues we were facing with our previous TMS, eventually allowing us to run our operations much smoother.

It feels like a type of restriction to me that only a limited amount of data can be downloaded. Plus, the navigating driver information is also way too complicated.
