“Great tool for managing logistics
Pros
I really like how easy it is to track the materials we need for logistics. The ability to edit POs with advanced changes is a great feature. plus I can link parts that are sent for exchange to restock HBS, which is super helpful.
Cons
The logistics feature is really important for making sure the application has the correct order number when printing. It'd be nice if I could change the settings to fit my needs better.

“Managing maintenance & spare parts
Pros
The customer support is amazing. They're always available and super flexible. They don't just provide IT solutions, they also help with operational stuff, which makes things a lot easier for me.
Cons
The server IT support in France isn't available 24/7, which can be a bit inconvenient because of the 9-hour time difference with the European and Aurora main base. Still, I'd recommend Amasis to other operators.

“User-friendly and solid solution
Pros
This solution is really flexible. It works for everyone, from small operators to ones with over 800 aircraft. I especially like their cloud service and how simple it is to upload data.
Cons
Implementation process was quick (should take about 3 months) but for us, it took 4 months which was totally fine. They're also working on extending their customer service hours, which is great.
