Fantastic service!

Pros

The customer service is fantastic. The AXXON team is always just an email, phone call or WhatsApp message away. They respond quickly and work with you to figure out solutions for specific situations. Plus the tracking system is helping us identify weak spots and opportunities to improve how we transport students. It is also increasing safety for both drivers and students and helps with billing transparency and accountability. The dashboards for the GPS and camera systems are also very user-friendly. With just one click, you can generate reports on drivers, buses, routes, times, alerts and more, in several different file formats. Overall it is great.

Cons

We are based in Sint Maarten and they are located in Curacao, so at times we think it would be more convenient if they were geographically closer to us.

User-friendly and comprehensive fleet system

Pros

Axxon's Fleet Management platform is a user friendly, analytical and comprehensive system that has really improved how our organization operates. The pricing is fair too and they have a knowledgeable team dedicated to keeping the customer experience at a high standard. Its user-friendly interface, along with the tracking and reporting tools among other features, make managing our fleet an efficient process. In short we really value both the platform and the support team.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about it, other than the fact that they are located in a different region, which actually creates delays for shipments and makes things more challenging.

Excellent customer service

Pros

What stood out most for me was their excellent customer service. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy.

Cons

The thing I liked least was that sometimes their response times could be a little slow. However once they did get back to me, the support was always very helpful and detailed.

offers a simple and great service

Pros

The service is simple and great. The app is easy to use and if I ever have a question, I get an immediate answer from the team!

Cons

My experience with them has been exclusively positive. They always do their best to answer any question thoroughly and they hold regular seminars about how to use the app.

Flexible and easy to use for productivity

Pros

I like its flexibility and ease of use and how it lets you monitor your own procedures and the steps you have taken to boost productivity for your operation.

Cons

Right now there is not any specific problem or situation I can point to for this question. Everything has its good and bad points but I can say there are definitely more positives than negatives.

Super user-friendly

Pros

The system is super user-friendly and very easy to navigate and Axxon's customer service gets five stars from me as they are fast, very attentive and available by both phone and email.

Cons

It is a bit on the expensive side based on a regional comparison, not just local. Our regional controllers have noted that it costs more than the systems used by our other branches.

Real-time vehicle information in detail

Pros

To me the best part is being able to see all the vehicle information in real time and in detail. Plus you can track routes with timing and see exactly how many stops were made during the journey.

Cons

I have not found any disadvantages. It was clearly designed with all the requirements we as clients could possibly have in mind.

persistent tech issues are frustrating

Pros

It saves us a lot of time because now we can review footage directly instead of having multiple conversations to piece together exactly what happened.

Cons

Nothing major but some technical issues sometimes take quite a long time to get fixed.

Great for tracking

Pros

With Axxon's fleet management system, our organization can track all our various company vehicles. It also provides the tools to help reduce costs through more effective fleet management.

Cons

Right now we cannot do full route planning with it. If that feature became available, it would be even more perfect for our organization. That said, what we have now is already good though there is still room to get better.

Very accurate gps information and reports

Pros

The GPS information and reports are very accurate. They are easy to read too and there is good historical data available.

Cons

I feel like the initial setup process could be smoother. For now it takes a bit of effort to get everything configured but once that's done, it is easy to work with.

Easy to use with a clean interface

Pros

It is easy to use, has a clean GPS interface and offers many features beyond just basic tracking.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about as it works exactly as it should. Though planning the GPS installation required some coordination to find a suitable time, but once that was finished, there have been no problems at all.
