“Easy to use and quick to learn

Pros

Bringg software is easy to use and does not take long to learn, which let us start using the app in our daily work very quickly.

Cons

The map feature and its suggested route for package deliveries were not perfect and had some issues.

“convenient and simple delivery coordination

Pros

It really does make coordinating our delivery service convenient and simple. Plus I love the convenience of being able to check where our drivers are and estimate when they will be back.

Cons

According to me it needs some work on the random glitches or the system shutting down unexpectedly. As when there is a lot of activity, it can slow down dramatically.

“Incredibly simple for new drivers

Pros

The app is incredibly simple to use. When I first started at Chick-fil-A, I was a bit overwhelmed learning all the basics of being a delivery driver. But the Bringg app made the whole learning process much easier.

Cons

I wish the app could tell me which order is closest. Sometimes I have 2 or 3 orders on one trip and figuring out the best delivery sequence can be tricky.

“Works perfectly for food delivery

Bringg works perfectly for our food delivery operations. Also it is user friendly and the level of ease when using it is really impressive.

Cons

One thing I'd like is to be able to add a photo at any point in the process. I also dont like how hard it is to switch between different map applications.

Everything is pretty good. I especially like how the mapping feature works.

Pros

This app is pretty basic so it is easy to train people on and simple to use. Plus while delivering, all the important info is right there on the main screen for you and being able to message or call directly through the app is a total game-changer! It honestly puts everything you need in one place.

Cons

While it is a necessary feature, the SOS button is a bit problematic. You can move it around on your screen but I still almost press it by accident sometimes, no matter where I put it. It also requires your location to be shared with the app at all times and I always forget to turn that off when I am done. That is probably my own fault but it is something worth mentioning.

It is fast and easy to operate and it does a great job of tracking customers, both those who have been served and those still waiting, along with the time between each one.

Cons

I noticed that it uses Google Maps as the default and that system is not always the most reliable.

The tool is fast, dependable and secure. It is also highly customizable. Overall I really love it.

You need to understand what you are doing to operate it as it is a system designed for professional use.
