“Everything we need is in it
Pros
The one on one support it offers is the best. When we first started, we always had a dedicated contact who helped with any issues and made sure the software fit our needs. Overall, it does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it well. Also, love that we can brand the client side of the technology.
Cons
The cost of it is much higher than some others, but the good thing is that we get what we pay for. Yes we had a few small questions in the beginning, but customer support handled them quickly and professionally.

Cons

Pros
Bringoz is a user-friendly software. Plus it always provides accurate reports. Overall I find it very useful and beneficial for our work.
Cons
There is no option to delete drivers from the system, which annoys me.

“Switching to it was seamless

Switching from another software was smooth. Plus learning and integrating it into our delivery system was easy too.
Cons
Well I would love to see some improvements in the driver tracking feature as at times it randomly shows drivers in the river or in places they have never been.

Pros
Its routing system is excellent. With GPS tracking, we have complete control over our fleet and a clear view of all processes we couldn't see before. Plus tracking deliveries in different stages (on the way, arrived, and completed) helps us optimize our picking process and standardize store reception requirements. It even lets us manage both store and eCommerce dispatches from one platform.
Cons
Even though it is not really the platform's fault, but the driver app relies entirely on phone signal quality for tracking. If the signal drops, we lose real time data with no backup source. Also, there are some old features from previous versions that have not been removed yet.
