The best part about Cabsoluit is that it makes the entire process of booking a ride on the taxiway as smooth and efficient to both the customer and the driver. The WhatsApp integration is the game-changer as it enables to save time and effort to the maximum as people do not need to download any additional apps. The chatbot is user-friendly and manages all ride requests including fare estimates with ease, having AI power. This saves time as well as minimizes on the handwork and therefore the whole aspect becomes a lot easier. In the case of business like us, the admin panel is wonderful and we have a clear visibility of what is happening, and it is easy to manage rides and evaluate the performance of drivers as well as change the fares. The fact that we are able to track the rides in real-time is also a massive advantage and it creates a sense of transparency and trust amongst passengers. All in all, Cabsoluit has eased our fleet management load and contributed to the enhancement of customer satisfaction due to fast, efficient service.
Cons
Cabsoluit should add softphone inside the dispatch solution. It will be perfect then. They should work AI dispatching model. Customer app doesn't have bidding system where customer can bid their own fare.
