It brings together all our GPS data into one place and lets us automate our reports.

One thing I noticed is that there is not a direct communication channel to resolve errors between the Avansat interface and Control T's system.

The integration, automated event triggers, better real-time vehicle traceability and the quick attention and response to any issues on the route are excellent.

Well the support service needs to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Control Tower Software solution is very comprehensive, whether you are a transport fleet, a logistics operator, a retailer or a shipper.

They could improve the operation of some sections that do not refresh automatically and I noticed some terms used are not common in Spanish.

It is a solution that truly fits the needs of the market and of clients. I find it very flexible.

Development requests by us take a very long time to be addressed. There is also instability and disruptions when new features or functionalities are released.

The optimization of personnel and time is great and the integration works very well too.

Sometimes the program stops responding or crashes, which is very disruptive and problematic when we are working.

What I have liked most about Control T is the service level and the quick response time we get from the company OriceLog.

For the moment, I dont have any complaints. Whenever we have had a problem, the response time has been quite fast and the quality of service has remained consistent from day one.

I really like the integration of different GPS providers onto a single dashboard. Plus the ability to set up alarms and alerts for the safety of drivers, companies and everyone on the road is a key feature.

Cons

The BI module is functional and lets us do analysis or export data but I find it to be a bit slow and somewhat basic.

With the system properly configured, I can detect operational issues in a timely manner.

Cons

Because some GPS devices are not integrated, there is no option to exclude those vehicles when setting up a new alarm parameter.

Being able to integrate several GPS providers into one platform and successfully apply the same management and safety protocols across all our transport operations is something we like the most.

We still cannot choose which map engine to use.

I like the fact that it provides an automated system for managing traceability and control.
