Pros

This tool gives us a lot of flexibility with notes, tabs, tags and other settings. We can set up appointments around the way our business actually operates. When something isn't working properly, a quick email or phone call usually gets us back on track quickly, thanks to their team.

Cons

To be honest the only real drawback on our side is that we have not stayed current with the technology. It can do far more than what we are using today and I wish we were making better use of everything it offers.

Pros

It has been incredibly simple to use and the AI assistant Kyle makes everything even more manageable. The support and service team has been exceptional, always available, genuinely friendly and very helpful whenever needed. Kris Jags has been outstanding as well. Even the initial setup felt unbelievably easy.

Setting up customer rules and automatic appointment booking helps reduce both costs and coordination effort. The report exports are also very useful when it comes to analysis.

Even though the product promotes itself as offering convenient integration the API options are fairly limited for logistics software. That makes it harder to use as a plug-in within a larger existing ecosystem or platform.

This app delivers an excellent end-to-end logistics solution and is very customer-friendly. I really loved using it.

It has been my preferred logistics software because scheduling appointments is incredibly simple. The different appointment booking levels work exceptionally well and the customer support team is always proactive, responsive and truly outstanding.

Cons

Nothing negative but praise for this tool. From setting appointments to tracking them the whole process is clear and easy to manage and I honestly have not come across any downside.
