Pros
It is easy to use and the best thing is that the support team knows their stuff. Plus, every update makes it even better, which is what I like the most about it.
Cons
Whenever we suggested small improvements, they actually listened and made changes in the next update. That kind of responsiveness is awesome.

The software is simple to use. I have not had any issues setting it up or learning it.
