“fast and reliable platform”

Pros

Driv.in gives us quick integration of information and it is practically never unavailable which is excellent for our business since we operate 24/7. The platform also responds very quickly to commands.

Cons

It is missing an audit log so there is no traceability showing which user edited or deleted a process or any information. The plans are also too restrictive when it comes to user editing.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and it comes with plenty of customization options that let us tailor it to match the way our business works.

Cons

There are times when the website gets hit with heavy traffic and loading speeds slow down especially during the first hours of the morning.

Pros

Being able to monitor the fleet in real time is a huge advantage. Having real-time visibility into the fleet makes day to day operations much better.

Cons

Some addresses cannot be georeferenced which can be annoying. And there are still certain locations the system is unable to map properly.

It's brought much better structure to our processes, gives us excellent real-time visibility of the fleet, keeps document backups organized and above all feels very well adapted to the way our operation works. On top of that the service Dora provides has been outstanding every time we've needed help.

Cons

At times when delivery points are close to each other, it sends the truck to a farther location because it prioritizes the schedule. That said it's something that can be caught and corrected if the driver is paying attention and checks the overall map of the nearby stops.

“Proven valuable for us!”

Pros

Being able to track my own fleet in real time has been very valuable. The proactive notifications sent to customers give them confidence that their order will arrive and let them know the estimated timing which has significantly improved the overall customer experience.

Cons

I manage operations in four countries and right now I cannot view everything together. Even within a single country, I am not able to see my entire fleet grouped in one real-time monitoring view, select vehicles, compare routes overlaid on the same map and check exactly where each vehicle is. Having that would give users much better control. Another area that could be improved is the service chat since the solutions provided there are not always very effective.

Planning on the platform is very easy which makes the whole process efficient and it gives me the information I need without any hassle.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the ability to download proof-of-delivery documentation in bulk as PDFs since right now I can only download them one at a time.

It's a very dynamic, user-friendly application and really simple to use. All of its modules are well organized which makes everything feel clear and practical.

Cons

I am not very fond of the fleet monitoring module because the route lines and mapping of where the vehicle is going are not displayed very clearly.

Using Driv.in is pretty easy from the start since it's user friendly, fast and simple to navigate. On top of that the online support team is very good at answering questions quickly and accurately.

Some of its features are more complicated to integrate so at times it's hard to get the most out of the software. Also there are some very useful functions that require an extra payment.

Pros

Managing this tool is not a hassle, plus the order tracking works very well and reporting delivery issues is easy. That makes the whole process much more practical to manage.

Cons

It could work better with other devices and browsers and I believe the overall experience could be a bit more fluid.

The interface is user-friendly and simple to work with. Also it is valuable that the platform has recognition at the district level and is continuing to grow its client base across several countries in the Americas.

One challenge is that additional staff are needed in the area to achieve fast implementation and that requirement is not made clear at the beginning of the project. Another limitation is that it does not support drivers using iPhones which is becoming more common every day and restricts the range of devices that can connect. Also the maps rely on Google Maps and some of our clients' locations cannot be properly detected in the application which affects accurate georeferencing.

Pros

One thing that really helps is the timely notification customers get when their order is on the way. I also really like that they can see roughly what time it will arrive because it keeps them ready to receive it and also helps us save time during dispatch.

Cons

It still needs a mobile app with the main monitoring tools, such as delivered stops and pending stops. As a business owner I like to stay updated on how daily operations are going but I am not always sitting in front of a computer.

Pros

The monitoring and assignment features have been really useful especially because they can be applied in different ways. It also offers reporting, real-time monitoring and tracking which makes the platform very complete.

Cons

I haven't come across any drawbacks. The platform has been very good and so far I haven't noticed any disadvantage worth mentioning as an observation.

Real-time order tracking has been very useful and the built-in GPS management helps cut extra costs since there's no need to invest in separate devices for that purpose.

Cons

It only lets you download flat files right now. It would be much better if it also allowed dynamic charts to be exported for presentations based on the TMS data.

The efficiency of the platform and the consistently timely response from the support team make it possible to clear up any questions and adapt the tool to exactly what we're looking for.

At the moment nothing really bothers me. Sometimes when uploading the spreadsheet it gets stuck and we have to try a few times but overall it's nothing serious.

Driv.in software is very easy to use and the support team is always available whenever questions or issues come up. I also like that the platform keeps improving progressively based on what users actually need.

It still needs more options for organizing work information and better downloadable reporting. It would also be very helpful to have the ability to download data for periods longer than just one month.
