Excellent - I recommend it!

Pros

Great software

Pros

Driveroo app is really easy to use and it helps us keep track of damages. It even take care of preventative maintenance.

Cons

Nothing seems to be missing at all. I honestly think the app is great.

Has so many amazing things

Pros

It has many good things. It helps in vehicle inspection and even provides accident reports. Also the customer support is fantastic.

Cons

I would like it even more if it allows us to see a side by side comparison that shows which vehicles are in and out of service.

Helps us work efficiently

Pros

We mostly use it for our pre and post trip inspections but the maintenance scheduling, accident reporting and work order tools have proven quite helpful for us too.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like.

Amazing product backed by exceptional customer service

Pros

To me Driveroo software is perfect for handling a busy fleet with lots of changing vehicles and many drivers. It is easy for both drivers and dispatchers to use and it always gives me the info I need about each vehicle. Also the customer service is the best I have ever experienced as whenever there is an issue, I get updates right away via email and phone and fixes happen quite quick. I would say the communication is totally 5 star.

Cons

I just wish I could upload videos for each vehicle.

A remarkable solution for all fleet management issues

Pros

I love that we have custom graphics and processes customized to our fleet for inspections. Also it is quite basic and easy to use. Also Driveroo made the setup a simple task for us and they keep checking in to make sure we're happy. We could not be more happy!

Cons

Well I cannot really say anything negative, except I wish the Android integration were a bit better.

Excellent and simple software

Pros

We use Driveroo for DVIR and asset management, and we also use it to dispatch our couriers. It helps us gather important info like the equipment they use, their routes, gas reports and any accidents. Also it has been really useful for storing records and making sure our couriers are always in safe vehicles.

Cons

There is not much we dislike about it. It is user-friendly and does not require a lot of training to get started.

What makes it worth it?

Pros

Driveroo software's inspection portal is quite helpful because it shows exactly where, when and what damage or issues are with the fleet and who's responsible. Plus being able to see the full history of inspections in the app is beneficial too. Another great thing about it is how helpful the software team is as their turnaround time for customizations is outstanding.

Cons

Everything is good except the app's layout. It is a bit bland. I think a few more colors and graphs would be a welcome change.

Big fan of driveroo

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is for field workers to download and use the app on their phones. It is really simple to navigate when they need to report equipment issues.

Cons

Occasionally, updates change the layout and make it a bit difficult to use. However the good thing is that one quick email from us to customer support fixes it right away.
