Pros
What I liked most about TransporTech is how it brought our transport operations into one clear system. The live job updates, driver app, PODs, job allocation and customer communication have made day-to-day work much easier and more organised.
Cons
At the beginning, it took a little time for the team to get used to the system and adapt our old way of working. However, the support from the TransporTech team helped us through this and the system has continued to improve.
