Dropon makes it extremely easy and quick to plan last-mile deliveries, significantly saving our team's time and effort. It offers extensive out of the box functionality. The software provides a clear and complete overview for configuring and monitoring last-mile operations without complex customizations.
Cons
Release management could be improved. Updates and new functionality are not always rolled out in a structured way. A simpler release process with better communication and testing phases would further improve the user experience.

Dropon offers a perfect balance between a smart planner and the flexibility of manual adjustments. In addition the software is super fast compared with competitors in the market which results in huge time savings for us.
Cons
The software is still relatively young so there were some bugs during onboarding. Fortunately their team is always there to help tackle issues quickly. Its a small team which means changes and adjustments happen very quickly!
