Pros

A fully structured system designed to encompass any type of company and its so complete that it can cover various departments of a company.

Cons

My only complaint is that the system is built and structured around logistics. Is examples and setup are designed for a logistics company. However I do want to say that it's nothing that training and careful reading can't fix so its not a fixed or lasting issue.

Pros

Easy communication within the environment, integration with other software and the ability to insert drawings, links and all asset documentation are the strongest points about Engeman.

Cons

I want the configuration of XML files when using the download to be improved. Everything comes out misconfigured but it is possible to configure it correctly in Excel. Still the process is a bit tiresome.

Pros

Its dynamic nature and high versatility positively contribute to PCM processes. In addition I appreciate that it is accessible and modern.

Cons

In some rare cases the system may fail in terms of functionality but never programming.

Pros

I appreciate its ease of use and the high speed when using it on a mobile phone.

Cons

It's difficult to synchronize between the client and mobile.

“Easy to open and close orders”

Pros

It's easy to open and close work orders and the application is well organized.

Cons

Not having images of the machines or equipment is inconvenient. Technicians cannot open the work orders on the device itself.
