The only problem I think is them not providing a step-by-step training manual. There is a lot of information, many registrations and many controls in this software. A manual would help.

It is very fragmented. It should come with standards for nomenclature, abbreviations and applications. All reports should be downloadable as spreadsheets with the fields and orders selected according to the needs and purpose of the report without having to request the creation of predefined templates and sometimes one type of spreadsheet is generated and sometimes another.

I appreciate the ability to customize with the full software subscription and the quick support response.

We saw failures in integration between the mobile and desktop software and also failures in offline mode. Its a counterproductive tool that requires constant training to retain the platform's functionality. I also think the implementation costs were far too high.
