Running our fleet has become much more manageable with this software. It's very user-friendly to work with. The response from the Fleetable team has been really good and the operations team is very supportive whenever needed. It has helped cut expenses through tyre management, vehicle management, spare parts management, driver management and workshop management.

Not going to lie there isn't a single thing wrong with Fleetable.

It worked well with the hardware we already had in place. Its features are really solid and genuinely helpful for handling everyday operations. Another thing I find convenient about it is being able to access it from anywhere. If I need to maintain shipment records the app lets me do that easily and gives me access to all my shipment details in one place.

One of the best things about this software is the E-Way bill integration. It really stands out and adds a lot of value to the overall experience.

The only thing I really miss is the part truck unload feature since it's currently not available in the software.

It has felt like a very user-friendly support system for transportation management. It helps me keep vehicle records and reports organized, along with fuel and Fastag reports, driver income and expense details, trip reports and challan and GR records. Overall it's a really good option for handling everything related to transportation in one place.

It would be even better if there were an offline mode as well. Since the software works online, we can't use it when the network is unavailable. Other than that, everything has been perfect and we've really liked it.

Getting started with the application turned out to be much simpler than we expected. We initially assumed implementation would be difficult but the Fleetable team was very supportive and guided us well through the training process. Our team is now very comfortable using Fleetable. Overall, it has been a really positive experience and the external integrations we added have helped cut down a lot of manual work and saved us many man-hours.

This software brings in some genuinely innovative features. Training my staff was easy for both me and them. They were able to get comfortable with it rather quickly.

There really aren't any problems to mention. It stays online most of the time and when small glitches do come up they're usually fixed quickly.

One thing that really makes Fleetable stand out is how well it works for people who aren't very comfortable with computers. In India, a lot of transport companies still have staff who don't regularly use computers or smartphones and during our implementation, we saw that they were still able to handle the system without needing much previous computer knowledge.

Cons

A few features had to be developed as custom requests so that part took some time. Even so, the team stayed supportive throughout the process and also recommended the most suitable solutions for our organization.
