“Our go-to option for vehicle tracking
Pros
It is the best platform for managing vehicles, handling our driver affairs and keeping up with maintenance. And it works well for all kinds of organizations, including government offices, universities, and more.
Cons
Even though it is easy to use but I feel like it would be more helpful to have a guide or video tutorial for training before getting started. Also at time, there are communication issues between the vehicles and the control device.

“Meets our needs
Pros
The fleet rental module runs smoothly and meets our needs. Plus it is so user-friendly that both our customers and new employees are able to learn it easily.
Cons
Its maintenance module is decent but could use some improvements. For our company, we are unable to find a way to enter part purchase prices and have the software automatically add a markup for customers. It also takes longer for our techs to learn since it's a bit more complex than another maintenance software we use.

Pros
Our fleet rental team finds it pretty easy to use for managing reservation requests. Also it is user-friendly and simple to navigate.
Cons
Improvements are needed in a few areas, but nothing too serious, which makes me switch it for now.

Pros
Having all vehicle information stored in one place is something I like the most. Also being able to check vehicles in and out without needing staff to handle keys is a huge plus. Tracking upcoming maintenance is also really helpful for keeping everything on schedule.
Cons
At times, I have faced connection issues between the kiosk and the control PC.

Pros
The Agile Fleet System makes it easy for us to handle all the vehicle reservations we get each week at Cedarville University.
Cons
Not sure if this is an Agile issue or just how we handle things but billing always seems to take longer than it should. So if I had to pick one downside, it would be the billing and reporting process.

Pros
Well the User Group feature keeps our operational vehicles available for their planned use while allowing other departments to use them when needed. Plus drop down menus and touchscreen options make it easy for us to use while allowing us to keep up with the latest technology.
Cons
More reports filtering options and better user-friendly features would be a great addition.

Quite impressed with how easy it is to use and how quickly I can access information. It even provides the accurate reports which is quite beneficial. And all the reports are well-organized, easy to read and can be customized however we want. Updating vehicle info is also simple. Overall, I am very happy with FleetCommander!

Pros
The system is so easy to use. When paired with the kiosk solution, it runs perfectly fine for most days without making us do any manual work. Als the FleetCommander team is always quick to respond to technical questions, feature requests and improvements.
Cons
Reporting can be a bit difficult sometimes. Also the long horizontal formats do not export well. I think it would be great to have the option for graphical reports, similar to how things are displayed on the Administrator's Dashboard.

“Exceptional tool and customer care
Pros
One thing I like the most about FleetCommander is the fleet view screen, which gives a clear two-week grid of vehicle usage and availability. There is also an option to switch to an hourly view. It makes assigning vehicles fast and easy. The dashboard is another team favorite as it provides alerts for reservations and vehicle updates, making it easy for our team to stay in sync across different shifts. Also it gives a quick snapshot of daily usage and availability.
Cons
More custom fields would be helpful as the current limit of 20 feels a bit restrictive to me. Also, creating custom reports is limited, though the standard FleetCommander reports cover most needs.

Pros
Not only do I find it easy to use but their support staff is also quite amazing. And the system is also very well designed.
Cons
A lower-cost version of GPS tracking would be great. Even though the new GPS system is quite reliable but it is quite expensive, way out of my budget.

Pros
Setting up the program is very easy and it can be adjusted as new administrators take over. The maintenance tracking and documentation features are a huge help too. It makes scheduling routine services, checking past repairs and tracking warranties simple. And knowing exactly when a vehicle was last serviced gives me confidence in keeping the fleet in top shape.
Cons
The most difficult part is to set up all the small details. There are so many options for editing that it is easy to get lost in it for days. But whenever I need help, I just call or email customer service and they walk me through it step by step.
