Pros
Fleetio is quite helpful when it comes to managing transportation and fleet navigation. It basically takes care of our whole process and allows ut to keep things running smoothly.

“Reasons it is worth considering
Pros
It is been great for keeping track of any issues with our trucks. Plus, it really helps make sure all our drivers are actually doing their pre trip inspections.
Cons
Our mechanic never checks Fleetio, so we still have to tell him about truck issues. But honestly, that's on us, not their problem.

“The future of fleet management
Pros
Once Fleetio is all set up, it is awesome to use. It does almost everything we need and I love how they're always adding new features and making improvements.
Cons
Setting it up was nothing less than a nightmare. It is quite technical and complex, which made installation a real challenge.

Pros
It is simple and easy to use. I really like that we can add custom fields wherever we need them as it makes tracking stuff so much easier.
Cons
No complaints here. Anytime we had a question, the support team was super quick to respond.

“Cannot imagine working without it

Fleetio turned out to be way better than we expected. The onboarding team was incredible. they were really particularand way better than any other onboarding experience I've had. Our initial meetings with the sales team were quite helpful. It did not feel like they were just trying to sell us the software but more like they genuinely believed it could help our company. The step by step onboarding schedule made everything feel manageable and set us up to get the most out of the software. I highly, highly recommend it!
Cons
No downsides at all. We have loved Fleetio from day one. The software is solid and their team has been great to work with.

“One of the best for fleet maintenance
Pros
I love how easy it is to enter vehicle and maintenance info. It is also awesome that we can store all our vehicle documents like registration, insurance and bills of sale that too in one place. Anyone on our team who needs access can get to it, which beats using Dropbox, SharePoint or Google Docs. For fleet management, it has been fantastic for tracking maintenance intervals and just takes all the guesswork out of it.
Cons
I have not had any issues with Fleetio so far. The only thing you need to do is make sure you enter the service schedule and current mileage in the right order. I messed it up at first and it showed the vehicle didn't need maintenance for another 7,500 miles instead of counting from the last service. Once I got it right, everything worked perfectly.

“A modern and updated system
Pros
We switched from a fleet management software that was starting to feel outdated. But after moving to Fleetio, we realized our old system was even more behind than we thought. The integration with our GPS system has been a game changer. I also love how easy it is to create a write-up on the phone, track the repair process and communicate once it is done. It just makes everything flow so much better.
Cons
The ordering and tracking of parts could be better. It really needs recommended reorder levels. Also, I feel like barcode scanning should work on laptops not just phones. A part number cross-reference would be great too so we can check if we already have the same part under a different number.
