Not only is Fleetup quite affordable but it also offers great quality for its price.
Cons
Customer service takes way too long to follow up. Also whenever I call the main number, I never get an answer almost of the time.

Pros
Well, we use FleetUp software to help our drivers stick to designated routes and train new drivers to make better, quicker deliveries. Also, it lets us review the old days with our drivers so we can help them improve.
Cons
My only complaint is that the on-board voice at times becomes disturbing. It talks to the drivers when they think they are doing something unusual, even if they are not. Thankfully, we were able to turn that off for our experienced drivers.

We can access it from anywhere and review everything in real time. Plus it allows us to check our routes as part of our daily routine.
Cons

What I love most about it is that I can track my driver and provide accurate ETAs to my customers. In our business, we at times get sidetracked and lose track of important details but with FleetUp I can monitor each truck's progress and make sure my drivers are not under too much pressure while still performing well.
Cons
I have had a bit of trouble with my Fleet Up account. The main issue is that it is kind of tricky to fix mistakes. For example, when a driver operates their vehicle off duty, it logs everything, which makes it tough to figure out what to erase or reassign.

The ability to look back at past days and check a trucks location when something seems off is highly useful. We trust our techs to be where they say they are, but there have been times when the work ticket hours did not match the timesheet hours. However this feature has helped us catch those issues and avoid overcharged service jobs.
Cons
I am not a fan of the unit's security because it is not tamper proof at all and using zip ties just isn't enough. Plus, the onboarding process did not provide any proper training for the admins.

Being able to locate and track our machinery saves us a ton of time and makes us much more productive. The other best part of Fleetup is it's customer support. They are knowledgable and helpful.
