“Essential for tracking your drivers

Pros

I decided to sign up for the GPS service for my growing business, which consists of four technicians. In the first year, I ended up letting go of three of them in just one day because of bad driving and some really unreasonable behavior. Even though I am not one to micromanage but when it comes to the numbers, I need to make sure everyone is doing their part.

Cons

I have not had any issues so far. It is quite simple and the customer service is also friendly. Plus I got the chance to work with one of their support team member and he clearly knows about his work!

“Most suitable option for us

Pros

Well we tried other tracking services, but we failed to suspend them when we wanted to. Since our business is seasonal, locking into long-term contracts is a real hassle. However I have come to know that Force Fleet Tracking is one of the best options around.

Cons

We haven't experienced any problems yet. Every time we reach out to support, they are always ready to help us out.

“Works exactly as it promises

Pros

One thing we really value is being able to see everything clearly, track events and use the built-in analytics. Plus, having a record for safety, liability, insurance and accountability is something really important for us, and it provides. In short the software does exactly what it promises without any issues.

Cons

I wish I could assign a driver to more than one vehicle at the same time. For instance, our fleet has a driver who's the primary one for both a van and a box truck. As a small business, I simply do not have the time to keep switching him between vehicles. It would be a real great upgrade if you could let us link him to both.

“Really useful tool

Pros

I love the simple design of the interface and how easy it is to navigate.

Cons

At times, I notice a glitch when I check the current GPS location.

“Trip log system has issues

Pros

The mobile app does a great job of giving me real-time location updates.

Cons

Force Fleet Tracking trip logging feature seems a bit off as it does not capture most of our trips.

“Impressive software

Pros

I am quite impressed with how simple the plug and play setup is. Plus being able to track mileage and get maintenance reminders has completely changed the way I manage things.

Cons

Do not have anything to mention as a con, but I truly hope they keep adding even more features.
