“Strong & reliable for any fleet
Pros
It is very dependable as a platform and what I particularly appreciate is the flexibility to manage devices from many different manufacturers all on the same server, which simplifies administration considerably.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about it, although I have noticed that new users can require a fair amount of time to become familiar with the breadth of available features, nevertheless, it is precisely this extensive multi-function capability that, in my experience, makes it an excellent option for managing fleets used by law enforcement and private security firms.

“Can't save custom information forever
Pros
In my experience, this fleet-tracking solution has been exceptionally stable and easy to connect with other systems.
Cons
I appreciate the platform's flexibility for adding custom fields but I am unable to retain those fields' values as historical records.

What I value most about GpsGate is the combination of flexibility and dependability it offers, since the platform lets me and my team tailor nearly every element of tracking and reporting to match our operational needs and in addition the whole system runs reliably, performs quickly, and comes with comprehensive documentation.
Cons
I did have a noticeable learning curve at the outset, particularly when delving into scripting and more advanced configuration options, yet after investing time to understand it's logic, I found it becomes interactive and remarkably powerful.

Pros
I've found the it support team consistently ready to help and their after-sales service is excellent, they enjoy partnering with us, sharing creative ideas and offering collaboration. The platform itself is interactive to use and I rely on a comprehensive, regularly refreshed knowledge base.
Cons
While certain capabilities aren't yet available, I appreciate that they continually strive to develop new features and promptly address existing software bugs.

Pros
One notable aspect I consistently observe is an overall positive user experience which I believe is substantially reinforced by the exemplary and professional manner displayed by their dedicated associates.
Cons
I struggle with generating reports and understanding how to create new ones with specific features and I also face delays because of support being in different time zones.

With a working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL, I can tailor virtually every aspect of the platform to my needs, so almost anything becomes customizable.
Cons
It lacks any functionality for downloading tachograph data remotely which is a feature I need.

“Easy for anyone to use!
Pros
The interface is very simple and user-friendly and although I'm not an IT professional, I selected this product because I was able to get it working myself.
Cons
I have no complaints at this point and will keep observing its performance, although I think a few YouTube-style tutorial videos would be a helpful addition for onboarding.

I have complete control over the platform and can integrate or build virtually any system by leveraging the data that GpsGate processes.
Cons
However, I find the frequent updates burdensome because whenever the platform is updated I am forced to upgrade every module rather than being able to selectively update only the features that my company actually needs.

Having partnered with it for more than a decade, I view them as a key contributor to our accomplishments over the years, and their involvement has significantly aided our growth. Their software is powerful, extensively configurable and customizable and it easily supports integration with our other systems. I also find their support outstanding, and the entire team is consistently enjoyable to collaborate with.
Cons
the pricing tends to be toward the upper end, I believe it represents good value given the capabilities and our high-expectation clients are prepared to absorb those costs. For customers who only want basic, no-frills tracking, however, our charges end up being higher than what such users are inclined to pay.

Pros
I find the platform extraordinarily flexible in every respect and because it supports custom user-built reports, configurable alerts, a customizable UI and powerful developer capabilities such as a full API and embedded scripting within the interface, it allows me to meet virtually all of my customers' requirements.
Cons
While I can create custom reports, I find the process somewhat challenging and often requiring me to possess at least a basic to intermediate understanding of SQL queries, which complicates report creation for non-technical users.

During our use of this application, we've found it to be highly feature-rich, capable of processing large volumes of data while remaining fast and user-friendly, throughout the time we've relied on it there have been no crashes or significant errors, making it a reliable and practical solution for vehicle monitoring and control.
Cons
I think customer support needs to be more proactive and responsive, adding a live chat feature would considerably speed up assistance and make getting help much more efficient.

I appreciate that it integrates smoothly with the majority of hardware available on the market and its interactive, easy-to-use interface provides live notifications, while the platform is continually updated with new features.
Cons
