I find the online interface is quite user-friendly, and since it is cloud-based, everything runs smoothly and is easy to access.

Cons

The support team is always available. They reply fast and really know their stuff. I have no complaints!

GPSWOX is really easy to use. Even those who have little IT knowledge and minimal training in our team are able to navigate it easily.

Once the number of objects exceeds 10k, the system starts crashing. Also I have noticed that it has bugs that need to be fixed occasionally.

Overall, it is good, but the support team is lacking in a few areas. I feel like they should give more detailed explanations in their responses. Also, having a proper manual for every report and plugin would make things so much easier.

“Disappointing mobile experience

The extra mobile app is a great idea, but honestly, it does not work as well as I wanted it to be.

The service and support both were terrible! We spent six weeks just trying to integrate but failed. And Ignas was one of the worst sales managers I have dealt with in over a decade of working in telematics.

“An innovative idea with great potential

GPSWOX software concept is amazing with multiple options, especially for different types of sensors. Also it works with many GPS brands, which makes it really practical. And they offer different subscription plans based on what we need, and we can even buy the white-label version and host it ourself, which is highly beneficial.

Faced no issues with the software at first. I even tested it on a subscription for a whole month before getting the white-label license hosted by GPSWOX. My job is renting geolocation services, and everything worked great until a few days ago when I ran into server issues. All my GPS devices showed offline for three hours straight. The problem fixed itself but support didn't reply until five hours later and that too with no apology, no explanation, just Check it now. Two days later, the issue happened again. This time, they responded in five minutes but asked for EMEIs, even though I told them it wasn't just one device but the whole platform lagging badly. I do not know what they did, but after that, my platform kept going offline, causing a huge mess with my customers. I am still dealing with the fallout. The server is working again (not as smoothly as before), but I have not received any explanation why all this happened from GPSWOX, which makes me worry it'll happen again.

We've been using GPSWOX since 2016 for our fleet management service in Malaysia, and it has been fantastic. It is easy to use, works for both small and large fleets and the performance is top-notch. We have served over 100+ companies with a total of 1000+ vehicles, all thanks to GPSWOX. Huge appreciation from our side for the team behind it!

Since our company operates in Malaysia, the time zone difference makes it difficult for us to communicate with GPSWOX support. We really wish they could handle support requests faster to keep the service running smoothly. That said, the support team is great overall.

GPSWOX is the best tracking software. Also I love that it can be installed on a phone, making it highly accessible. Plus, it is really easy to use.

Cons

Do not have anything to say here as I am still on a free trial. But one thing I've noticed is that it takes up a lot of space once installed.

“Makes fleet reporting quick and easy

Pros

We like having full control over everything in our management such as vehicles, drivers, fuel, employees, tires, inventory and more. The good thing is that GPSWOX provides us that. Also it works really well for GPS tracking!

Cons

The search option based on rack numbers has been a big issue for us since we failed to use it properly. Also it does not work well with mobile parks, and it is not great for state or people tracking either.

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but reliable too. Its white-label option is a great feature I must say and is also easy to use. Plus they even sell trackers and accessories directly.

Cons

No complaints at all. The product and service is just excellent.
