Pros

GPS accuracy has been great and it performs well for our day-to-day tracking of pickups and trucks. We rely on it every day and the support team has been very helpful in sorting out issues with faulty products, wiring and related problems. We have also started using the telematics features more and they have been useful for monitoring hours and mileage by the day, week, month and year.

Cons

We have shared many of our concerns with the support team, including when they flew to North Dakota to listen to our feedback. Improvements have been happening but the progress has been gradual.
