“Does not fully ensure driver safety
Pros
I did not like it by any means. I feel like the company should be more proactive in adapting to customer needs but they aren't. Even when updates roll out, any glitches that come up never get fixed quickly.
Cons
Sometimes, ticket resolutions take longer than we expected and the Idelic team is not always the most responsive. And the biggest challenge with it is the lack of training. Without it, our managers and supervisors struggle to fully operate the platform.

The best thing about it is its simplicity. With easy navigation, useful shortcuts, well-structured reports and telematics all in one place, it truly serves us as a one-stop solution!
Cons
Occasionally, after updates, I have noticed that some bugs cause issues with dropdowns and formatting, but they usually get fixed quickly.

Pros
I really like how Safety Suite generates risk scores for our drivers, helping us identify unsafe behaviors while also keeping all their documentation in one place.
Cons
Like any software, there's always room for improvement, but I do not see any major downsides to using Safety Suite. The only issue is that ticket resolutions can take longer than we'd like.

Pros
Having a single, reliable source of truth instead of depending on multiple systems makes a huge difference. And Idelic Safety Suite did this for us.
Cons

It brings all driver performance telematics into one place, providing us a complete view of their risk levels and helps with daily management.
Cons
The Idelic team is working on this, but a better understanding of Canada's driver compliance regulations would be helpful. However as I know it is a work in progress.

Pros
Idelic Safety Suite is a great tool. It pulls data from multiple sources into one system, giving our company a clear, complete view of our drivers. We use it to manage driver qualification files, vehicle and injury claims and driver watchlist scores, which help us take action before major issues arise. It also supports FMCSA enforcement and includes many other valuable features. But the best thing about Idelic is its people and culture. They genuinely listen to customer feedback and keep improving the product to make it even more powerful.
Cons
It is a fantastic program, and there is really nothing I have to complain about. This company stays proactive and keeps evolving to meet customer needs.
