Pros
For my part, managing assets functions well in principle and I appreciate that the Network Scan appliance assists in automating the collection of data and the mapping of clients to users, moreover, the support team has been excellent and the pricing feels appropriate.
Cons
Assigning an asset to a user is quite difficult in my experience because I must complete every field manually, it would be far more convenient if, upon selecting the user, the remaining attributes such as room, department and other contextual fields were filled in automatically, eliminating repetitive data entry and reducing the chance of errors. I have also observed that the Network Scan appliance does not capture monitors connected to clients, a capability that should be possible and enabling it would allow for automated linking of laptops and their displays in the inventory so that relationships between devices are reflected without manual intervention. Additionally I miss a bundle or kit functionality similar to other platforms, whereby I could define and store all the assets that constitute a workstation in a single bundle, then simply assign or book that bundle to an employee while only needing to pull the serial numbers from the warehouse which would greatly simplify provisioning and tracking.

Pros
I find it's asset management to be exceptionally solid and easy to operate. There are numerous fields available and the option to add multiple areas or models, which suits complex inventories. One feature I particularly appreciate is that Inventory360 detects, for instance attempts to create duplicate serial or inventory numbers, thereby stopping numbers being duplicated or hardware being wrongly linked. The license management is likewise excellent: I can allocate the licenses I own to specific users and I receive an email notification before a license lapses, provided I have first entered its expiration date successfully.
Cons
I cannot identify any functionality that needs improvement or that is absent, overall, things are progressing very smoothly.

By tailoring it to our needs, we have seized the chance to present every crucial and required detail about our instruments and equipment which allows my staff to operate more swiftly and productively and therefore waste less time. In addition, we capture numerous photographs of each tool, since those small visual distinctions make a meaningful difference, these images are shown and help colleagues to identify items more reliably. “Clear & simple but missing a few things”
Pros
The interface is very clear and easy to use with easy controls that are easily customizable and the search function consistently delivers accurate results.
Cons
Although I like many aspects of it, I am missing dedicated fleet-management capabilities to issue and take back assets or vehicles, such as IT hardware and I would greatly value the ability to upload and use our own fillable PDF documents.

Pros
It captures a wide range of identifiers such as serial numbers, MAC addresses and other details , directly from assets using a barcode scanner and I also value both the software's configurability and the vendor's approach, since they reply to inquiries rapidly and even develop custom modules for us upon request.
Cons
Occasionally the automatic discovery feature isn't entirely reliable in my experience, requiring manual cleanup because for instance, some assets were imported twice, nevertheless, I should note that this issue was addressed promptly and did not persist.

Pros
I've found the overarching search tool on the Dashboard and the Hardware page to be very useful since it reveals both rental items and inventory throughout the entire system when I search by either item number or name, making discovery easy, additionally, I value the ability to tailor fields within each category which lets me surface the specific data points I need without clutter.
Cons
I am frustrated that the workflow for rentals and hardware doesn't automatically reconcile statuses between 'returned' and 'active/in stock,' so I often have to manually compare or update records because it doesn't consistently flip items back to available once they come in.

What I particularly value is the overall amazingness of it, combined with the fact that the development team continuously rolls out new features in response to user suggestions.
Cons
In our implementation, user and rights administration inside the Inventory module remains cumbersome, we also tried to map contract management into the inventory, which turned out to be quite tricky because, as a group of companies, we require very tight restrictions on who can see each contract, so if this area could be enhanced it would make a big difference.

Pros
I appreciate how the application links different modules so that I do not need to duplicate data and I find the interface very interactive and easy, helping me to grasp its layout and relationships quickly.
Cons
In certain sections or nested subpages I often cannot use back to the exact previous screen which forces me to return to the main area and then reroute to the original page, a workflow issue that occasionally disrupts my work , a small but noticeable flaw.

Its interactive and easy to operate and when I need changes the support team is very helpful and promptly carries out the adjustments I request, furthermore, I can extensively customize settings to suit my needs.
Cons

Pros
I am able to extensively customize the display and also attach images to individual entries, which helps me personalize the layout and gives the items more visual context.
Cons
Unfortunately, the search functionality is quite weak and I can't delete entries I deem unnecessary, so I'm sometimes left with a cluttered interface and a poor overall overview.
