Pros
I love the contract and licensing capabilities together with the cost-center management and I also find that compiling and importing inventory data is very easy, although ongoing data maintenance remains essential.
Cons
In my experience, the reporting exports are too limited. I would really like the ability to create a separate report for each cost center.

It is highly effective and, most importantly, exceptionally cost-effective for overseeing all of our assets and additional needs, it bundles numerous extra capabilities, including Auto Discovery, fleet and contract management, comprehensive notification features and the customer support has been consistently outstanding.
Cons
There are a few areas that I don't find entirely interactive, yet with Consulting & Walk-In sessions I was able to master them very quickly and the documentation provides excellent on-the-spot guidance, beyond these minor usability quirks I honestly have nothing to criticize.

Customer support replies within minutes and always offers assistance when needed and I find that the software delivers more functionality than required and can be applied in a variety of ways while the connection to our printer and scanner has been flawless with no issues in nearly two years of use, the creation of assets proceeds smoothly without hiccups and overall the program remains interactively structured and easy to use.
Cons
For the most part I have no criticisms to raise because queries are answered promptly, although I occasionally struggle to locate items when using the filters , the search results can be a bit cumbersome but apart from that I consider everything to be excellent.

The product's name was modest in its claims and indeed it delivers a comprehensive 360-degree perspective encompassing everything from individual items through contractual agreements to software licenses.
Cons
I cannot readily point to any aspects that I would strongly dislike because while the platform presents a broad assortment of features that initially require some acclimatization, that minor hurdle is largely offset by the exceptionally clear and comprehensive documentation which makes onboarding easy.

I like that the subscription bundles multiple management services , for instance fleet management , into a single price and the documentation provided is solid and helpful.
Cons
However, in certain situations I find that the asset management module does not include every capability we require or would prefer to have , by which I mean some of the more desirable or "cool" features and those omissions can limit its usefulness for our needs.

I've been consistently impressed by its usability and extensive feature set and the general UI/UX is thoughtfully designed, in my experience the needs of numerous departments have clearly been considered and I can actually view assets in a company-wide "360-degree view".

I can map every workflow either by relying on the built-in features or, when those are insufficient, by having support develop tailored plug-ins because the platform places usability at the forefront, I can apply very granular permission settings, the asset management is clearly structured and easy to use and overall I am highly satisfied with this tool.
Cons
The only meaningful improvements would be the ability to create group-specific custom dashboards and to define a default start page (URL) for newly created accounts since those two features would greatly align onboarding and daily navigation for different user roles.

I value the exceptionally broad set of capabilities offered, where inputs are captured and dynamically adjusted so that it keeps improving over time, I also appreciate that upcoming tweaks will specifically target the Swiss market that the licensing is user-count based rather than module-based so everything is enabled by default and that integration with Azure and Intune is excellent, with Microsoft licenses available directly.
Cons
There is no way to fully block out certain elements and the AI-assisted workflow for onboarding new hardware remains underdeveloped, while the native app urgently requires refinement, additionally, the mobile website on Android currently does not support barcode scanning which is a significant limitation for on-the-go use.

It has won over our staff because it offers a contemporary, easy-to-use user interface combined with rapid software response times and an extensive set of features and managing it itself remains easy and thorough.
Cons
In day-to-day operations, I have observed that the signature feature used on dispensing slips frequently causes users to operate it incorrectlybecause staff members often press the "Sign" control believing that their handwritten signature has been applied, when in fact that action merely saves the document without registering the drawn signature, the correct workflow requires setting the date first and then activating the signature field by clicking it separately so the signature itself is recorded, which means two distinct clicks are needed. This confusing behavior leads many of my colleagues to make mistakes during routine processing and, in my opinion, the interaction should be simplified,perhaps by adding animated guidance, clearer prompts or by disabling (graying out) the save/sign button until a valid signature has actually been entered.

When we decided on Inventory360, we chose it because it is an in-house solution developed in Germany that aligns with data protection requirements and because its Auto Discovery feature smartly combines manual management with active scans using WMI or SNMP, additionally we valued the ability to deploy satellites in external locations, the integrated warehouse management, the borrowing functionality and the monitoring and documentation of procurement events, along with a variety of other useful capabilities. In short, I find it enjoyable to use, the support is excellent and we have a strong sense of confidence that our IT inventory is being managed in an audit-proof way.
Cons
Although it is not yet flawless, I consistently receive outstanding support where problems are explained understandably and typically resolved without delay and proposals for improvement are genuinely incorporated into future releases, that said, I feel the licensing costs could be lower and I also see clear potential for the app to be further expanded.

Pros
Since it operates through a web browser, I am able to reach it from any location with internet access and I have found its uptime and overall availability to be consistently very high.
Cons
I find the printing of inventory labels to be quite disappointing because the layouts and customization options are overly limited and inflexible, producing printouts that do not meet our design requirements and therefore urgently require substantial improvement. The so-called camp system is essentially unusable for my purposes since it does not allow me to create or group categories, which severely limits how I can organize items. Taking ownership of items from the purchasing module is also cumbersome and uninteractive, adding friction to our workflow. Moreover the reports or minutes that document issuance and redemption are inconsistent in format and presentation and they appear dissimilar when printed from the lending view compared with the asset view, which creates confusion. When I add new assettes, the sequence in which fields are saved or displayed is incorrect , I have already raised a support ticket about this issue. Finally, the scanner functionality as implemented on the device is restricted to only the Serial Number and Search fields within it, whereas I would expect to be given the option to either search for assettes or directly populate other input fields, depending on the task at hand.
