Pros

We found the interface very user-friendly, with an interactive workflow and clearly labeled choices that make navigation easy and efficient, even for new users, additionally, the dispatcher-side capability to view drivers' tablets live for troubleshooting, coaching and real-time support has become indispensable to our operations and is a feature I rely on every single day. Furthermore, the smooth two-way integration with our TMS (TMW) provides instantaneous updates within our systems and implementation was among the simplest we have experienced, backed by excellent support and a top-notch product overall.

Cons

It has not only fulfilled but frequently exceeded our expectations and in my experience it has decisively outperformed and rendered obsolete the other options we previously considered.

Pros

To begin with, I find the ISAAC tablet exceptionally easy to operate and every single update I make is propagated to the server very quickly.

Cons

Although I rarely uncover ways around ISAAC's safeguards, I did identify a problem with the logbook compliance logic under the Canadian rule set: after a driver records eight hours of sleeper-berth rest, it still requires them to log a separate two-hour off-duty period within the same shift, which seems unnecessary when the driver does not actually need additional off-duty time, yet they are forced to take it or else it registers a violation.

Pros

We partnered with a Canadian-based team that consistently took a proactive stance to make sure the solution actually worked for our organization and they demonstrated a strong grasp of what was required while thoughtfully advising on how to best customize the suite to fit our specific needs and workflows.

Cons

I have only one drawback to note: I wish I had found this product earlier because discovering it sooner would have allowed us to benefit from its capabilities much earlier in our process.
