Pros
I appreciate the platform's tracking capabilities, comprehensive driver and vehicle administration features, integrated camera and video functions and its generally interactive nature, while the customer support team has consistently been very responsive and helpful.
Cons
it experiences glitches more often than I'd prefer and I find that coordinating driver activities through the InRealTime interface can be somewhat slow, especially when handling manual driving tasks.

Cons

How clean and interactive the software is, since it keeps processes simple and I truly value the consistently responsive and helpful customer support ISAAC provides whenever we need assistance.
Cons

I find it easy to use, closely tailored to industry requirements and it consistently rolls out proactive updates to keep pace with the newest transportation compliance standards.
Cons
A recurring problem I've come accross is that the power-plug-to-cradle connection lacks durable engineering, often fracturing or disconnecting from the tablet's jack and thereby causing operational disruptions, I would also prefer if there were additional repair centers located in the Toronto area to address these issues more promptly.

As a driver, I find the interface exceptionally easy to use because it eliminates uncertainty about which status applies to a particular task and it automatically generates the required remarks, saving time and reducing errors.
Cons
I would welcome the ability to include GPS location tracking that can be shared with customers via an email link and on the safety side I am hoping the critical events area will evolve to provide some form of automated coaching to help address repeat issues.

While it's not an inexpensive system, I accept that you often get what you pay for, it isn't without flaws, yet I've been highly satisfied with the team's support and rapid response times and I've noticed that they actively collect user and client suggestions and fold them into the product, so the platform is continually being enhanced.

What frustrates me is how quickly the parts become outdated things like chargers, mounting brackets and cables. You can't use them between different technologies or even newer versions, so you end up having to replace them way too often.
