It is really simple to use, and we have been very happy with it.
Cons
The mapping feature does not always work when we try to see the street view location. I hope they make improvements here soon.

Not only is it easy to set up but it also offers great customer service and provides us accurate data.
Cons
There is a lot of competition in the telematics space, and it really comes down to uptime, customer service and pricing. So far, Linxup has been competitive, so I do not have any major complaints.

Linxup is a simple yet user-friendly system. It is so great that we found an all in one solution with the convenience of a tablet.

Being in Canada, weak signal is a common issue and it happens more often than I'd like.

“A reliable unit for vehicle monitoring
Pros
It made it easy for me to track my driver's locations in real time, with live video of both the road and the driver. The device was small, easy to install and did not require removing anything from the car. I also liked getting alerts when the vans entered set Geofences.
Cons
Linxup does not offer as much data storage as some other companies, and adding extra cameras to the unit I was using is not possible which is a major flaw. On top of that, they kept raising prices without adding many new features.

I like Linxup because it offers the best tracking and route review for my drivers.
Cons
One downside is that our system is connected to multiple stores, which at times makes it hard to locate my truck.

On both the app and a laptop, it is easy to use, and the installation process was pretty quick and simple too. We didn't face any issues or help during the process.
Cons
Customer service is not the best. As not everyone in the team seems to fully understand the product or how the software works.

There is nothing I particularly like about Linxup. It's just I have not had the opportunity to switch to a different product yet.
Cons
The system drains the battery without any warning. For example if you have a fully loaded truck and an important job, you might come back the next day to find it completely dead and worst of all, you can not even jump-start it. It was a nightmare for us to deal with all this. So beware.

Nothing really stands out to me. Linxup does not offer anything that other companies don't.
Cons
Every time they update their GPS app, it gets worse. The interface is hard to read, and it is way too difficult to track vehicle locations. Customer service is practically nonexistent. My trackers have been offline for over 10 days, and they aren't doing anything to fix them. They act like it is my problem, not theirs. This is the reason I am switching providers as soon as possible and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not much to say. The cost was higher than most and I expected better service because of that, but unfortunately they failed to deliver.
Cons
They charged my card without permission and it is been over a month, and I still haven't gotten my money back. My tracking units failed within two months, and they wanted to charge me for replacements. On top of that, the units kept draining my vehicle's battery.

I have nothing positive to say. The app glitches frequently and the trackers tend to fall apart regularly.
Cons
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. As a Turo host, I had 11 trackers and they barely worked. I contacted support multiple times but they never got back to me. When I tried to cancel due to the poor service, I was still charged early termination fees. One of my cars was stolen, and I had proof of reporting it to the police but they refused to replace the tracker. Their system regularly fails, customer support is impossible to reach and they withdrew $2,600 from my account without notifying me. Stay away as there are much better options out there.

One thing I like about it is that it is easy to use and navigate.
Cons
We had several issues where the GPS showed our truck in one location when it was actually 30 minutes away in the opposite direction. Also the cameras did not record properly.

No pros to share. I am very much disappointed. I run a service company and can't afford vehicle downtime, but this system kept draining our batteries and left our techs stranded multiple times.
Cons
Linxup keeps draining our vehicle batteries, leaving my techs stranded. So we had left with no choice but to unplug the cameras yet they are still making us pay for it instead of allowing us to cancel a contract that should not even be valid.
